We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with experience in the ports and shipping industry. The ideal candidate will support key stakeholders by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and facilitating data-driven decision-making with strong experience in documenting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs). This role is responsible for translating business needs into clear, structured, and actionable technical requirements for development and implementation teams. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT and business solutions.
