As a Sr Manager / Manager - Analytics, you will be working with large, complex data sets to solve business problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
What you will do:
Developing compelling stories with business insights, focusing on the strategic goals of the organization.
Monitoring and forecasting key business metrics.
Identifying the right metrics to track progress against a given business goal.
Designing, running and measuring experiments in A/B Framework to test business hypotheses.
Expediting root cause analyses/insight generation against a given recurring use case through automation/self-serve platforms.
What you need to have:
5-8 years of experience in analytics/data science or a related field.
Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics,Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Hands-on experience with data manipulation and data visualization tools like SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau etc.
Ability to directly implement solutions and see them in action.
Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks.
Creative and structured thinking to solve real-world problems.
Exposure to challenging problems across multiple domains.
Ability to interact with people from various backgrounds Marketing, Product, and Finance.
Comfort in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency verbal and written communication skills.
