Responsible for complete quality related activities in the plant. Physical, Chemical & Microbiological testing of the RM,PM. Communicate potential compliance issues or problems. Can handle manpower & push them for better performances. Skills & Competencies Experience in Lab and exposure of handling food / beverage products. Self Motivated Knowledge of Food Laws & Compliance Knowledge of Food Micro, Food Chemistry Thorough knowledge of working with MS Office

Education - B.Sc/ M.Sc (Microbiologist), B.Tech (Food Technologist) Additional requirements

Experience : 0 - 2 Years Should be fluent in English and Hindi High levels of initiative & energy Good communication skills and control on language is must. Willing to work in a startup environment.
