Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of large-scale, complex IT programs. This role involves managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, financial control, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.

• Manage P&L and drive 10-15% YoY portfolio growth.

• Establish strong governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and delivery best practices.

• Drive innovation, operational excellence, and service improvements.

• Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

• Oversee a delivery team of 60-100 associates, focusing on mentoring and performance.

• Track project KPIs, ensure financial control, and optimize cost of delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 15+ years of delivery/project management experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficient in tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
