Job Description
- Proficiency in AI/ML lifecycle management and associated tools, including EDA, Modelling, Integration/Deployment, Data/Model drift detection, and Model retraining.
- Strong understanding and application of statistical and machine learning techniques such as regularized regression, time series analysis, decision trees, boosting algorithms, neural networks, clustering, and collaborative filtering.
- Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.
- Knowledge of web crawling, NLP, and visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with collaborative solutions, model and code versioning using platforms like GitHub, solution packaging with Docker, and model deployment platforms such as Dataiku.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis.
- Experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Spotfire.
- Ability to define problems, formulate hypotheses, develop and test solutions, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members towards achieving project goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
