Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced SAP ByD Bot Automation Specialist with expertise in SAP Build Process Automation
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating business processes using SAP s automation tools, working with desktop agents, and managing Web Authentication with Two-Factor Authorization (TFA)
- The role also requires proficiency in handling Microsoft Excel processing and developing custom scripts using JavaScript
Responsibilities:
- Bot Development: Develop and maintain bots using SAP Build Process Automation to automate key financial processes in SAP ByDesign (ByD).
- Desktop Agent Management: Configure and manage SAP Build desktop agents to ensure efficient bot execution in both local and cloud environments.
- Web Authentication: Implement automation solutions that handle web-based authentication, including Two-Factor Authorization (TFA).
- Microsoft Excel Integration: Automate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data between SAP ByD and Excel spreadsheets.
- Custom Script Development: Use JavaScript to write custom scripts for enhancing automation workflows.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current manual processes and propose automation solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide troubleshooting, support, and enhancements to existing automation workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, IT, and SAP teams to identify opportunities for automation and ensure smooth integration into the SAP ByD environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in SAP Build Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of desktop agent setup and management for process automation.
- Proficient in web authentication, including handling TFA (Two-Factor Authorization) in automation workflows.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel processing and data manipulation through automation.
- Experience in writing custom scripts using JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in SAP ByDesign (ByD) integration and workflow automation.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs in automation.
- Familiarity with other automation tools and platforms.
