Job Description

• User Research & Analysis

• Client Communication

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Analyze research data to which helps design decisions.

• Design & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and Information architecture,

• User Journey Empathy mapping and interactive prototypes.

• Work closely with UX designers, UI designers, product managers, and developers.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.

• Analyze and present findings to stakeholders.

• Create and maintain detailed design documentation and Case studies.

• Ensure design specifications are well-documented and communicated.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Advocate for best practices in user-centered design.
