As a Customer Care Associate, You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.
What you will do:
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner
Providing expert advice on fashion trends, styles, and product selection
Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
Staying updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings
Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the merchandise to assist customers effectively
Actively engage customers to promote products and enhance their shopping experience
Upselling and cross-selling products to meet or exceed sales targets
Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience
Collaborating with team members and management to address complex customer concerns
Ensuring the shop floor is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing
Assisting in restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Providing clear and accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies
Collaborating with fellow associates and contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment
Assisting in training new team members as needed
What you need to have:
Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the fashion industry
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable schedules
