Job Description

Role- Back Office Executive

Location- Andheri

Shift- Night- 7 Pm to 5 am

Responsibility:

Responsible & Understands Order Management Process / Order Entry Review and verify the entries Give the regular detail of the business Maintain the record confidential. Job Requirement Preferred one or more years of experience providing support on Order Management Process. Proven ability to multi-task and work through ambiguous requirements. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to respond to emails in the proper vocabulary of a supported language - Good Business communication (email & verbal). High energy/drive for results. Priority setting/time management. Focus on Accuracy and attention to detail Good working knowledge in MS Office applications. Awareness of key metrics and targets.
