HVAC Project Manager

Job Summary: Responsibility of execution of the HVAC multiple projects in accordance to client requirement with help of the office team, project engineers and vendors in accordance to closure of the projects and handing over of the project to client.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage HVAC projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Conduct heat load calculations, select chiller plants, and design MEP systems for commercial buildings.
Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of air conditioning units, chillers, ductwork, and other related equipment.
Develop detailed designs for HVAC systems using software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical engineering solutions.
Co-ordination and to attain client meetings.
Co-ordination with the office staff for material design and planning.
Finalization of the labor contractor for site.
Tracking and coordination for the technical and commercial approval and closure.
Variation statement preparation and approval from client.
Guidance to project engineer for technical, practical and site dependencies.
Reporting to General Manager and Directors to maintain good work and cash flow.
Closure of the projects.
Exposure to software (MS office, AutoCAD, etc.)
Billing of the executed items at site.
Handing over of the project to client.
