Job Overview

Candidate with 1+ year US calling experience excluding training period. (no sales background)
Must be fluent in communication, soft skills and research.
Must be proactive, logical and problem solver
Must have worked on excel and CRMs.

Responsibilities and Duties
List of the responsibilities and duties of this job.
Candidate will be working on client CRM with live orders.
Agent must take care of calling and extensive CRM work on all the orders allocated to him for the day.
Must ensure all the necessary procedures and protocols are followed.
Must ensure one call resolution (OCR) and expediting.
Must ensure the Orders are worked with all the necessary
Make detailed and understandable notes on the order.
Must complete the order in appropriate way for the next team for follow up.

Qualifications

Education level: 10th. 12th any Graduates
Must have experience in working on CRM.
Experience 1+ year of USA calling experience. Customer Service preferable.
Specific skills Fluent English communication with good written and spoke grammar.
Personal characteristics Soft spoken since we are dealing with sensitive accounts.
Certifications None.
Other must be ready to work in Night Shift.

Salary :- 20k to 25k
