Candidate have to recruit a team of advisors/agents under them through their references.
Train that team and complete monthly targets through team work.
Work as a team leader and try to recruit more agents in the team.
Candidate have to maintain a sheet of which agent sales more to who one sell more he will get more commission.
Candidate work on roll and team will work on off role job.
