Desired Candidate Profile
Below is the job description for the profile :-- Experience in Automation testing using QTP/UFT/Selenium
- Experience in Automation testing for ERPs like Worksoft
- Experience of one of the COEs within the organization will be a big plus
- Proven experience in Manual testing, SQL and mobile application testing
- Good understanding of User Experience and Usability Testing
- Building, customizing, deploying, and managing the environment/test automation framework
- Ability to design, implement, and execute automated tests and clearly document results.
- Prepare test reports as a way to communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to others.
- Good Analytical skill and able to guide/mentor team
- Build domain expertise in business areas and provide technical leadership.
- Hands on experience in collaborating with development team and business analyst to design functional test cases
- Working with various Business Owners, Product Managers and IT teams, own end to end delivery.
- Participate in planning & estimation activities.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) experience and ability to articulate business scenarios
- Ability to provide support on knowledge share to assist in composition of test cases & steps
- Good understanding of SDLC & software testing process, testing techniques and testing life cycle
- Exposure to Agile and test management tools preferably VSTS
- Good aptitude and attitude to learn the functionality of application with quick turn-around time
- Ability to drive cross functional team with a single point objective of addressing customer issues.
- Lead others in the application of principles, theories and concepts and use of methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
