Job Description
Role Proficiency:
Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others' developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.
Outcomes:
- Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
- Code debug test document and communicate product component and feature development stages.
- Validate results with user representatives integrating and commissions the overall solution.
- Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components while creating own solutions for new contexts
- Optimises efficiency cost and quality.
- Influence and improve customer satisfaction
- Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams
- Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Additional Comments:Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with 7 years of experience, primarily specializing in Angular development. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Python programming and a solid understanding of SQL and database concepts. Additional experience with Node.js and broader UI technologies will be a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using Angular. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices in Angular and Python. Apply working knowledge of Python to build backend services, scripts, and integrations. Leverage SQL skills to interact with databases, write queries, and optimize data retrieval. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of team practices. Understand and apply design patterns and best practices, particularly in Python, when building solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of overall software development experience. Strong expertise in Angular (75% focus). Working knowledge of Python programming (mandatory). Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Good to Have: Experience with Node.js and other front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, etc.). Knowledge of Python design patterns and best practices. Experience with database performance tuning and optimization. Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, etc.). Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
