Job Description
Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer (React.js/Next.js) - Offshore Technical Lead
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Front-End Developer to join our remote/offshore team. This role requires a technically strong individual who can take ownership of front-end architecture, lead from offshore, and effectively collaborate with US-based stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and experience working with modern frontend ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React.js and Next.js.
Enhance, refactor, and optimize existing codebases and components.
Take technical ownership and lead the offshore front-end team.
Collaborate with US-based teams with daily overlap in working hours.
Build standalone, reusable UI components using Storybook or Micro UI architecture.
Leverage React Flow to create complex workflows and visual editors.
Develop and deploy Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) across platforms.
Utilize modern build tools and pipelines for efficient development (e.g., Maven, Webpack).
Estimate and analyze effort for user stories, tasks, and bugs, providing accurate ETAs.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Experience in leading teams remotely and collaborating across time zones.
Familiarity with React Flow (highly desirable).
Experience with Micro UI or Storybook for component development.
Knowledge of building and deploying Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
Proficient in frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., npm, Maven, Webpack).
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
Experience with GraphQL.
Exposure to React Native and React Native Web.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
