We are hiring a Technical Lead who possesses practical experience in implementing and customising Odoo ERP using Python and Django.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working with Odoo ERP.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working with Odoo ERP.
- Assist in pre-sales by understanding the clients requirements and estimating as per the clients budget
- Resource management of team assigned.
- Take the ownership of 4-5 projects and be accountable for their delivery.
- Ensure that the projects will meet the timelines.
- QA of all the projects assigned.
- Manage a team of developers and ensure to do the code reviews of all developers to check if the coding is as per the industry standards.
- Ensure that every resource in the team has sufficient work allocated.
- Understand the technical aspects of client requirements and explain to the team members.
- Take the responsibility of technical knowledge and skills of the developers.
- Manage internal and external communication.
- Propose technical solutions to the client.
- Come up with best practices for development.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
- Strong experience in any coding technologies around Python with Django/Odoo.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Experience in doing code reviews.
- Strong experience in software architecture like MVC, Micro services etc.
- Preferred to have experience in infrastructure tools like GIT, AWS, SVN etc.
- Strong experience in Unit testing and speed optimization techniques
- Knowledge of Agile approaches and tools like TFS, JIRA, Devops etc.
- Must have experience in Docker, Maven/Jaas
- Experience in emerging technologies in cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
- Experience of security/access control, concurrency, online diagnoses, deployment, upgrade/migration, internationalization and production support
- Development experience in secure REST/SOAP web services
- Experience in Third Party API Integrations
- Experience with Serverless development including AWS Cognito, Lambda with API Gateway, DynamoDB.
