Rotational shifts [Night shifts] & rostered weekly offs [6 Days working]
Location: Airoli
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer queries/concerns on chat,
by telephone, or by email.
Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer
service policies
Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding
information to interested parties
Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer
understanding and acceptance.
Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization.
Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and
anticipating their needs
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have own laptop with genuine Windows 10, iCore 3 /iCore 5 with 4 GB Ram or
above configuration.
Must have a dedicated workspace at home to ensure no background noise for customer
interactions [Calls/Chats etc]
Must have Internet speed of minimum 50 Mbps
Good Quality Headset
Power backup in case there are frequent power failures
Education and Experience
HSC / Graduation With excellent communication skills [Written and Spoken]
Typing Speed - 30 WPM Accuracy 95%+
Keyskills: blended process ms office communication skills
