Role Description Futran Solutions is hiring for a Business Development Executive (IT Services) role for the US Market, with a 100% night shift and work from office based in Pune. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be generating business for IT Services in the US market. You will identify potential clients, build relationships, and provide solutions that help clients. achieve their business goals. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure our services meet client needs. This is a full-time role. Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT Services industry Strong knowledge of IT services and the US market Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and other team members Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English Willingness to work night shifts (US hours) Must be located in Pune and able to work from the office
