Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Review, access and validate medical claims submitted for reimbursement.
Ensure treatments claimed are mrdically necessary and covered under policynterms.
Verify diagnosis and treatment consistency across BUMS, BAMS, BHMS, MBBS systems.
Collaborate with claims processors and underwriting teams for accurate decision making.
Monitor fraud indicators and recommend actions in suspicious cases.
