Job Title: JavaScript Developer Location: Hyderabad Type: Hybrid Experience Required: 5+ years Company Overview: Blue Spire Inc is headquartered in Arizona, USA and has offshore development center in HITEC City, Hyderabad. We own the production support services for a leading consumer bank. Our team is looking for experienced JavaScript Developer. There are multiple open positions depending on the qualifications and experience level. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our software applications, providing technical support to users, and contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our systems. Responsibilities: Design and Develop IVR Solutions: Architect, design, and develop scalable and reliable IVR solutions using AWS Connect and Lex platform. Integration with Node.js APIs: Integrate IVR systems with. Node.js APIs to ensure seamless communication and data exchange between IVR and backend systems. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure AWS Connect contact flows and Lex intents to meet specific business requirements. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality IVR solutions. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of IVR systems to identify and resolve technical issues. Optimization and Performance Tuning: Optimize IVR workflows and performance to enhance the overall customer experience. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for IVR configurations, integrations, and APIs. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of IVR systems. Requirements: Proven experience in designing and developing IVR solutions using AWS Connect and Lex platform. Strong proficiency in Node.js for developing APIs and backend integrations. Experience with customizing AWS Connect contact flows and Lex intents. Solid understanding of telephony and IVR concepts. Knowledge of cloud computing, preferably with AWS services. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certifications related to Connect and Lex. Familiarity with other AWS services and serverless architectures.
