Drive a team size of 15 -20 shop floor employees to ensure Safe, On time production with High Quality focus

Day to Day manufacturing operations and for the KPI associated with it

Resolve issues on shop floor in timely manner be it people, machine, process

Timely raise flags to the higher management pertaining to any anticipated issue that might hamper production
