Job Description

Minimum Experience: 1-7 years

Qualification : Graduation (Any stream)

Type of position: Full Time Industry preferred :- SAHI, LI, GI, Banking, Pharma, Telecom, Mutual Funds

Job Responsibilities: -

-Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies

-Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents

-Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped

-Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents -Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them

-Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries

-Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.

FIXED CTC + Monthly Incentive + conveyance allowance
