Marketing Executive - Pune - BOP Consultancy

BOP Consultancy and Services is looking for a full time executive with a good understanding of the marketing campaigns, either freshers or experienced, and should be ready to learn new upcoming tools and skills.. The candidate should be a good team player and work in accordance with the task provided. The candidate should be effective and productive to increase the efficiency of the team, and thus deliver the given projects and tasks in given deadline. The candidate should be proficient in the English Language as the job requires communicating with US clients on a daily basis.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills;

• Creating marketing content, image and text, considering the various products of the company.

• Should know how to create email marketing campaigns.

• Should have a good understanding of validating email lists.

• Should ensure that email messages are conveyed clearly and delivered to all the prospects properly.

• Should have good knowledge of HTML to create and form proper email templates.

• Should have knowledge of sales lead generation and conversions.

• Developing a strategy and approaches needed for email marketing campaigns.

• Designing the email flow chain and sequences.

• Should ensure that all the marketing campaigns and emails are mobile-friendly.

• Know-how about email newsletters, subscriptions and send frequent email messages to opt-in lists.

• Should have understanding for "Call-to-Action" buttons or tags in line with promotions and advertising.

• Should be able to communicate with clients through emails if needed.

• Know-how about creating responsive/interactive messages and contents.

• Should be able to work under pressure and the international team.

• Should be fluent in communication with team members or clients if required.

• Preferred skills

• Should have strong knowledge and skills to use the Outreach.io Sales Management tool or any similar level cold emailing marketing tool.

• Be proficient in cold emailing required for the marketing campaigns.

• Should be able to analyse and track all the email flows, create feedback and optimisation reports based on the analytics.

What are the main roles that you shall be performing broadly;

• Understanding the requirements of the projects and converting the requirements into fully functioning marketing campaigns

• Interact with supervisors, project managers, designers, clients and relative teammates.

• Active participation in the project meetings, creative approaches for defining the system and lead generations.
