Job Description
Job Title/Designation: Field Executive - Site Acquisition - Telecom
Employment Type:
Full Time, Temporary/Contractual
Industry - Telecom Industry
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Function: New Build Acquisition / Site Acquisition / Land Acquisition
Experience: 1+ Years of experience in the Land / Site acquisition with any Industry

Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of land purchases with property owners.
- Conduct market research and property valuation analyses.
- Coordinate due diligence activities including environmental assessments and zoning verifications.
- Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review purchase agreements and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activities.
- Present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and local authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree , Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years experience in land acquisition or Telecom Industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of zoning regulations, property valuation, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Other Salary:
Perks and Benefits : Travelling Allowances up to 7,500/-. plus Mobile Allowances - Rs.1,000/-.
