Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives and play a strategic role in pre-sales solutioning. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, effort estimation, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to guide both delivery teams and support sales pursuits with solution planning and technical inputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
- Drive end-to-end execution of projects using Agile, Kanban, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Oversee project scoping, planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and continuous stakeholder communication.
- Lead governance activities, milestone reviews, and client reporting.
Technical Oversight:
- Provide hands-on guidance in backend, frontend, and database-related aspects from a development standpoint.
- Ensure adherence to scalable design principles, maintainability, and system performance standards.
- Support teams in resolving technical challenges, refining architectural direction, and improving delivery efficiency.
Pre-Sales & Proposal Support:
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to analyze RFPs and client requirements.
- Prepare accurate effort and cost estimations for new opportunities and proposals.
- Contribute to technical solution design, proposal writing, and client presentations.
- Participate in bid defense, orals, and discovery workshops to articulate the delivery and technical approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a senior delivery role.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-grade projects and collaborate on pre-sales solutioning.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are preferred.
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, project governance, and agile delivery practices.
- Good conceptual grasp of backend, frontend, and database technologies from a developers perspective.
- Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex project dynamics.
