Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with a marketing background for one of our e-commerce clients to Develop and implement Sales strategies for the Noida Location.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in E-commerce, retail, and affiliate marketing.
• Understand clients' unique needs and challenges in the specified sectors and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of solutions.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales metrics regularly.
• Provide valuable insights to the leadership team on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or an equivalent degree.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of selling to E-commerce brands, retail brands, or affiliate marketing space.
• Strong understanding of the dynamics and challenges within the specified industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
