Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle FLEXCUBE LMS Tester to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing of FLEXCUBE Loan Management System (LMS) modules and an understanding of core banking applications.

Role & responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing on Oracle FLEXCUBE LMS modules
  
• Design, write, and execute test cases based on business requirements
  
• Perform regression, integration, and UAT testing
  
• Report and track bugs using tools like JIRA or HP ALM
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product teams
  
• Ensure compliance with test standards and best practices

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in testing Oracle FLEXCUBE LMS
  
• Hands-on knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules such as OBCL, OBPM, OBTR
  
• Strong understanding of core banking processes and workflows
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
