We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and proactive Lead Engineer in Salesforce to join our team
- In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing the Salesforce team at the Ahmedabad location
- You will collaborate with a team of developers to deliver exceptional Salesforce features
- Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving Sigmas success on the Salesforce.com platform
- As a torchbearer for Salesforce development and configuration best practices, you will contribute to elevating our capabilities and achieving outstanding outcomes
Responsibilities:
- In this role, your responsibilities will encompass but not be limited to:Adhering to Salesforce development methodology and best practices for change management, development, and testing
- Applying your expertise in best practices and leveraging your understanding of internal and external business dynamics to enhance products, services, and technical processes within your domain
- Independently making informed decisions and demonstrating judgment in various situations
- Participating in the training, coaching, and guidance of new team members and junior colleagues
- You may also be involved in overseeing the work of other team members
- Innovatively solving intricate problems, adapting existing solutions to address novel challenges
Background & Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform
- Possession of Salesforce Developer certifications, showcasing your comprehensive knowledge and expertise
- Proficiency in utilizing the diverse array of point-and-click development tools offered by the Salesforce platform
- Strong proficiency in Apex coding, with a predisposition towards utilizing point-and-click solutions when feasible
- Mastery of SOQL and SOSL for efficient data querying and retrieval
- Demonstrated experience in integrating with external applications via web services and REST APIs
- Proficiency in employing Lightning Web Components to enhance usability, utilizing HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- In-depth understanding of the lead-to-cash process, with a specific emphasis on the creation and management of Quotes
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, fostering flexibility and collaboration
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
- A robust comprehension of concepts and procedures in your domain, complemented by sound knowledge in related areas
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills, enabling you to lead, influence, and persuade others
- Self-motivation coupled with the ability to work autonomously
