Regional Manager Pharmaceutical Sales

Location: Kolkata, Bhuabneswar, Patna.

Qualification B.Sc./Pharm preferable or Graduation from any discipline are also applicable.

Ctc : 14,00,000/- lakh + other.

Age :  42 Yrs. Plus.

Experience Experience: 10 years of pharma selling with  6 months above as Regional Sales Manager can applicable.

1) Should have geographical exposure and strong relation in the area of operations with the distributors & stockists of the entire state.

2) To ensure hiring and managing a team of effective and efficient sales personnel at the desired HQs. His job will be to develop a team which can sell companies Products as per the target assigned.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Directs the activities of the regional team & field sales staff to ensure compliance with business plan and company policies. Establishes sales territories, quotas, and goals and advises staff.
• Studies market to identify restructuring needs and develops team ability to make changes. Develops the business plan covering all markets and regions
