Job Description
- Role: SDET
- No. of Positions: 4
- Team Composition/Reporting Structure: The QA will work in a Scrum team, collaborating with developers and the product team but with close collaboration with Zeta team lead overseeing day-to-day tasks. They are expected to be proactive. Team will work in core automation platform team
5. Skill Set and Technical Requirements
- Primary Skills:
- SDET roles, backend automation requirements, strong in API automation
- Strong in programming and Data structures & algorithms
- JAVA programming
- Designed and built framework from scratch
- Strong programming logic (language-agnostic)
- Should be good in problem solving
- Should also be able to provide manual and functional testing support
- Secondary Skills:
- Good to have Web applications automation
- Years of Experience: 4- 7 years
- Domain Knowledge: Payments (Preffered)
- Certifications/Training: None

9. Interview and Selection Process
- Screening Criteria:
- Focus on programming skills in the first round.
- Interview Process:
- 1st round: Programming, problem solving and DS
- 2nd round: Testing concepts, code debugging
- 3rd round: Framework design, panel will give the design and then need to do the design of the F/W
- Rejection Feedback:

10. Additional Notes/Comments
- Understanding Payments testing experience would be an ideal fit.
11. Steps for Fulfilment/Sales Team
- Get a walkthrough of the requirement to a Fulfilment POC from Delivery SPOC
- Give an SLA for the fulfilment and priority on which Fulfilment team is taking the request irrespective of the priority given by the customer.
- Source profiles externally or internally strictly based on the requirements given.
- Give a briefing to the identified panelists and walkthrough the requirement.
- Sales POC to update the customer basis the feedback from Fulfilment team.
- Sales POC to update internally in-case of any change / pause to the requirement.
