Job Description
Function : New Build ; Sub Function: Deployment
Role: Deployment Executive
Role deliverable : New built site / project delivery in the geography
Qualification & Experience: Qualification: B.Tech Civil, Electrical or Mechanical,
Field/ site experience in infra projects/ real estate/ telecom. 2-4 years.
Key delivery parameters: Site Visit; Site monitoring & Site delivery
*Must have 2 wheeler & license.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for New built site delivery /projects as per schedule, TAT and quality parameters. Resolve all issues on site- estate, environment, partner and facilitate delivery.
Co-ordinate with cross functional teams & Partners: Energy, Operations, estate and to facilitate the delivery.
Should be available to roam in the field any time, field visits compulsory, Majority visits in city and rare in rural areas.
Should be available near to location allocated, should be ready to file police case if necessary.
ACTIVITES:
Milestone Review with ZPM and TSPs
a) Daily activity planning on milestone / hold visit with Zonal Project Manager.
b) Previous Day Progress Review with ZPM and specific action planning on lapses.
c) Review of TAT performance of particular milestone allocated to DE by ZPM.
Site Visit
a) Presence of DE while milestone execution, 2 Milestone a Day.
b) No Critical Punch Point to be reported at site where DE is present.
c) Complete Measurement to be collected for the stage visited and actual data to be submitted to Zonal Project Manager for future WCC clearance check and Measurement Compliance
Daily TSP Review (Quality Audit Compliance)
a. Complete compliance by TSP for Audit.
b) Daily review with partners
C) Ensure quality parameters are adhered and delivered by TSP
