  •    Primary Responsibilities

  • Use analytical skills to design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations that provide insight to our client partners
  • Interpret reports and analyses to make recommendations
  • Lead complex reporting and analytics projects, including managing meetings and project plans
  • Work with clients and business partners to create use cases and build supporting documentation
  • Work with technology teams to investigate system performance and data issues
  • Develop a sense of urgency when key deliverables are jeopardized; facilitate problem solving and meetings to address obstacles
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).   •  Required Qualifications
  •  
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of data analysis work experience
  • 3+ years of development experience with PowerBI
  • 3+ years of SQL query development experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise data warehouse environments
  • 2+ years in a healthcare organization (provider, payer etc.)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct and work in a cross-functional team environment
