Job Description
- Lead a teamof .NET developers in the design, development, and implementation of softwaresolutions using .NET and MS technologies.
- Collaboratewith stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications.
- Providetechnical leadership and guidance to team members, including code reviews, Bestpractices, and mentoring.
- Architectand design scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions based on.NETtechnologies.
- Develop andmaintain coding standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure high-qualitycode and adherence to best practices.
- Manageproject timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful projectcompletion.
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, andinfrastructure, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Staycurrent with emerging technologies and industry trends in the.NET ecosystem,and evaluate their potential impact on our projects.
- Createreproducible and predictable components, Evaluating and understanding external/third party components.

- Experiencewith frontend technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

- Experiencewith relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g.,Entity Framework).
- Previousexperience in a client-facing role, interacting with clients to gatherrequirements and provide technical guidance.
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum orKanban.
