Job Description
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of Applied GenAI projects, aligning them with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful GenAI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship , fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to design tailored GenAI strategies addressing specific business challenges.
- Configure GenAI models using prompt engineering, keyword tuning, rules, preferences, and weightages for customer-specific datasets.
- Oversee deployment and integration of GenAI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities using tools such as SQL, Kibana Logs, and Azure AppInsights.
- Monitor solution performance and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements and optimization.
- Stay current with the latest GenAI advancements , incorporating best practices into implementation.
- Prepare and present reports, documentation, and demos to clients and senior leadership, showcasing progress and insights.
- Conduct GenAI proof-of-concepts and demonstrations exploring the art of the possible in AI applications.
- bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field.
- Extensive experience in AI/ML with a focus on Generative AI technologies .
- Proven success in leading and delivering complex AI projects.
- Strong understanding of GenAI frameworks, tools, and methodologies .
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking , and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI deployments in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with GenAI-based products and prompt engineering .
- Proficiency in text analytics/NLP , including machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Skilled in text mining, parsing, and classification using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Expertise in the Microsoft technology stack .
- Good knowledge of client-side scripting : JavaScript and jQuery.
- Understanding of ethical AI principles and best practices in implementation.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java , and Regex expressions .
- Experience using requirement management tools like TFS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence peers and leadership .
