Job Description

Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled backend developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure for our web applications. You will work closely with the frontend development team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain the backend infrastructure for our web applications
• Collaborate with frontend development team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend systems
• Build scalable and efficient RESTful APIs
• Develop and implement data storage solutions
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in backend development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, 
• Design and Code NodeJS based Microservices, API Web Services, NoSql technologies (Cassandra/MongoDb, MYSQL).
• Experience with building scalable and efficient RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of frameworks like Java, Spring Boot, Python is preferred.
• Able to write Unit test cases.
• Good knowledge on Source Code control like GIT, code clout, etc and understanding of CI/CD
• Proficiency in database design and management using SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Git and code versioning tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
