Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed EPC project schedules.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams for schedule inputs and updates.
- Monitor project progress, identify critical paths, and generate S-curves, histograms, and reports.
- Support EOT claims, delay analysis, and schedule recovery planning.
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and MIS reports for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contract deliverables.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in planning and scheduling for EPC projects.
- Strong skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of EVM, resource loading, and delay analysis.
- Familiar with FIDIC contracts and construction norms.
- Certifications like PSP / PMP are preferred.
