Job Description
- Extensive exposure to ServiceNow platform with some focus on ServiceNow DEX
- Good collaborations skills as this work demands talking to various internal and customer stakeholders
- Good documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly understand and articulate use cases for ServiceNow DEX
- Ability to design test plan for use cases and get them executed with the required stakeholders
- Good presentation skills as this work needs creation of PoC outcome report for steerco.
- Above average communication skills both written and verbal.
- High level understanding of how agents (data collection) work and understanding of Firewalls role in blocking/allowing communication
- High level understanding of WMI based communications
- Exposure to creating reports & dashboards in ServiceNow.
