Dashboard Engineering Lead @ Net Connect

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dashboard Engineering Lead to join our team at NCG. This role is integral to the monitoring and performance visualization of our IT and SAP environments. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of real-time dashboards using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Power BI, and AppDynamics.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business-critical systems are monitored effectively, enabling timely insights and decisions. • Design and build interactive, real-time dashboards using Splunk, Grafana, Power BI, and AppDynamics
• Monitor and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and system metrics, particularly within SAP environments
• Work closely with IT, DevOps, and business teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
• Develop custom visualizations and queries to improve monitoring efficiency and clarity
• Maintain and optimize existing dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy
• Troubleshoot dashboard issues and ensure data integrity across all visualizations
• Provide training and support to end users on dashboard usage and capabilities
• Stay current with industry best practices and explore emerging technologies in dashboarding and monitoring
• Participate in dashboard governance and documentation efforts

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in dashboard development or monitoring engineering
• Proven experience with Splunk, Grafana, Power BI, and AppDynamics
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and real-time monitoring concepts
• Familiarity with SAP systems and performance metrics
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical users
