Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as an HR & Frontdesk Assistant. This role combines administrative support with HR responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Greeting visitors and managing reception area
  • Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding and paperwork
  • Maintaining employee files and records
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Providing general administrative support
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
