Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team at NCG. In this role, you will be instrumental in building scalable, high-performance applications that drive business impact. You will work across the full software development life cycle, collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to deliver robust solutions. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and Node.js.
- Implement microservices architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes and deliverables.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure secure and efficient backend communication.
- Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to deploy and manage applications.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Contribute to technical documentation and maintain high standards in coding and software design.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum activities and actively contribute to team discussions and planning.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Proficient in ReactJS for front-end development and Node.js for backend support.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
