Job Description: -
- To provide receptionist and front office duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
- Travel Bookings (International & Domestics).
- Admin & Facility Management.
- Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls including distribution.
- Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel.
- Assisting international guest if any
- Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
- Respond to emails and office correspondence.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail (couriers)
- Assist in resolving clients issues and complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
- Any Graduation or Diploma in Hospitality / Aviation / Travel
- Good command over English - Verbal & Written
- Computer Proficiency (Ms. Office / Outlook / Mail drafting)
- Relevant experience about 2-4 years in similar profile
