Job description

  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs, challenges, and goals to offer personalized solutions and upsell additional products or services
  • Regularly communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to address inquiries and provide updates on products/services
  • Business Development:Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
  • Proactively pursue leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectively
  • Provide feedback from clients to relevant teams to improve products or services based on customer preferences and requirements
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in a related industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
  • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferred:Experience using CRM software
  • Understanding of the products or services offered by the company
  • Industry-specific certifications or training related to sales and relationship management
