Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and scalability.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented and maintained across the infrastructure.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the DevOps processes.
Qualifications :Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience :
- Proven experience in a DevOps role, with a strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Skills :
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
- Knowledge of network protocols, security, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
- Knowledge of database management and optimization.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
