Bench Sales Executives (US IT STAFFING) ***NIGHT SHIFT*** Visakhapatnam Branch
Baanyan Software Services, Inc., a multinational IT Staffing and Software development company headquartered in Edison, NJ, USA, with branch office in India located in Visakhapatnam is actively seeking qualified Bench Sales Executive with a specialization in US Staffing. Dynamic and motivated professionals for Visakhapatnam Location.
Looking for:
- Seeking candidates with 0-4 years of experience in Bench Sales .
- Drive the marketing efforts for bench consultants, establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
- Showcase expertise in the complete sales cycle, from gathering requirements to submitting consultants, securing optimal rates, managing interview schedules, and successfully closing deals.
- Source consultant requirements from Tier-1 vendors, job portals, and employ various networking techniques.
- Demonstrate knowledge of USA visa categories.
- Effectively submit candidates for suitable positions, diligently follow up on rates, and coordinate client interviews.
- Keep the database up-to-date for future requirements, generating daily reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit exceptional command of benefits and salary negotiation skills.
- Display profound familiarity with job portal searches, including Monster, Career Builder, Dice, and similar platforms.
- Showcase the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail remains a priority, with the capability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
- The ideal candidate will bring high energy, motivation, and self-direction to the team.
- Collaboration is key, and the ability to work seamlessly in a team environment is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Understand and apply knowledge of US tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp) in daily operations.
