Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven HR Executives to join our Human Resources team. This is a flexible opportunity where you can choose your focus area based on your career interest either in Recruitment or HR Administration.
Option 1: Recruitment Role Talent Acquisition Focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and update recruitment dashboards.
- Communicate with candidates and follow up on interview feedback.
Option 2: HR Administration Role People & Process Focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding formalities.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in policy updates, compliance records, and filing systems.
- HR Support activities and attendance tracking.
