Were seeking a strong, independent SAP CPI Consultant who can handle complex scenarios, optimizing performance, redesigning flows when needed, and shaping integration best practices across landscapes and take ownership of end-to-end integration across modules and platforms (ECC/S4).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and resolve complex issues in SAP CPI (SAP Integration Suite), both in support
- and enhancements.
- Monitor integration flows, debug, trace, and optimize them for performance and
- reliability.
- Collaborate with business, SAP functional, and technical teams to analyze and solve
- interface issues.
- Provide production support (L3) including root cause analysis, impact
- assessment, and permanent resolution.
- Design and implement new integrations using iFlows, APIs, and adapters (HTTP,
- SOAP, IDoc, SFTP, etc.).
- Version control and deployment using transport mechanisms and automation tools.
- Document technical specs, troubleshooting steps, and process improvements.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and audit readiness of all integration processes.
Required Skills
- 47 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) /
- SAP Integration Suite/PIPO.
- Deep knowledge of integration patterns: synchronous/asynchronous, API-based,
- event-driven, etc.
- Strong with adapters: IDoc, OData, REST, SOAP, SFTP, JDBC, etc.
- Expertise in Groovy scripting, XSLT mappings, and JSON/XML payload handling
- Experience with PI/PO, if required for hybrid landscapes
- Strong debugging and trace analysis skills (Message Monitoring, Trace, Runtime
- Logs)
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, API Management, and Open Connectors is a plus
- Understanding of business processes in modules like SAP SD, MM, FI, etc
