Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Relationship Development With Local ,Regional And Expert In Trade Finance, Letter Of Credit , Bank Guarantees, Document Negotiation With Counter Parties Exploring Finance Deals With Banks including fund and non-fund based financing. Fund Raising Activities Scratch To End Process Negotiation On Terms Of Financing With Lenders, Suppliers. Negotiation And Reduction Of The Cost Of Finance Compliance Of Conditions Precedent And Other Terms Of The Credit Facility Sanction Letters Handling All Basic Banking Requirement Of The Various Departments Within Group, Such As, Assisting In Employee For Bank Accounts, Debit Cards/Credit Cards For Online Payments, Configuration Of Users For Online Banking, Availing Soft/Hard Tokens, Supply Of Periodic Statements, Balance Confirmations, Etc Maintaining Reports Of Account Management, Trade Instrument, Bank Charges, Export Receivable, Credit Exposure, Regulatory Authority Updates Related To Banking And Core Business Activity Of The Group Liaising With Banks For Account Onboarding.
Preferred candidate profile
Relevant Banking relationship management experience at medium management level international corporate financing & banking experience across multiple countries ideally Africa / Middle East/Europe/China Experience in Oil & Gas / Manufacturing shall have weightage. Extensive knowledge and experience in handling bank liaison, fund raising, trade finance Knowledge of International practices for export documentations and Letter of Credit Strong knowledge of KYC compliances Strong ability to utilize relationship to resolve banking transactions for the operation team Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders Strong ability to manage multiple tasks within given timeline.

Working Terms:
- Time-off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 21 Days off if posted in Lagos, 6 months ON 30 days OFF, if posted in Plant/Site. & subsequently followed by every 6 months once (with International & Domestic air ticket provided by the company)
- Workdays & Hours Six and half days work
- First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle (Ex: If you join in July, you will get first month salary in September then after that every month you will get regularly)
