Role & responsibilities
Customer Service Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions. Provide information on banking products and services. Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff. Account Management Support the opening, closing, and maintenance of customer accounts. Assist in processing loan applications and credit checks. Help manage account documentation and ensure accuracy in data entry. Transaction Processing Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions. Handle payments, transfers, and other financial services. Ensure transactions are conducted accurately and efficiently. Financial Analysis Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Conduct basic financial analysis and research. Support risk assessment and compliance checks. Administrative Support Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and mail processing. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management. Maintain organized and up-to-date records. Learning and Development Participate in training programs and workshops to gain deeper knowledge of banking operations. Shadow experienced banking professionals to learn industry best practices. Stay updated with banking regulations and industry trends.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Com/MBA ERP Experience Experience in Banking Good communication skills both written and oral Ability to work to tight deadlines and follow process where necessary. Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills
