      Job Summary:
      We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and a passion for crafting effective marketing campaigns that deliver results.

      Key Responsibilities:
      *Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
      *Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, events, and social media
      *Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
      *Lead content creation efforts including brochures, case studies, email campaigns, and website updates
      *Oversee SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns
      *Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates
      *Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
      *Organize and participate in industry trade shows, product launches, and corporate events
      *Collaborate with agencies, designers, and internal teams to deliver marketing assets
      *Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently

      Qualifications & Requirements:
      *Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
      *58 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
      *Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, etc.)
      *Experience in content marketing, branding, social media, and lead generation
      *Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      *Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities
      *Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
      *Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving

      Preferred Experience:
      *Marketing experience in B2B, Automation, SaaS, Consumer Goods
      *Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
      *Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
