Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze project requirements to deliver functional, efficient, and scalable software solutions.
- Development: Design, code, and test robust .NET applications with an emphasis on clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Database Management: Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database designs to support application functionality.
- Testing: Create and execute unit test cases to ensure code quality and adherence to requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation for modules, including designs, user guides, and maintenance plans.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Agile Environment: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to align with agile project methodologies.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to best practices for coding standards, version control, and code reviews.
- Flexibility: Adapt to dynamic requirements and shorter project turnaround times while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Team Contribution: Act as a team player, contributing to team success, mentoring junior members, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including query optimization and database design.
- Hands-on experience with developing dynamic and scalable solutions.
- Expertise in unit testing and maintaining high-quality code standards.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and version control (e.g., Git).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently understand requirements and translate them into functional code.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
